My yoga mantra. These words changed my whole outlook on yoga. #yogathoughts #mantra #yoga

After reading this I stopped trying to become that perfect yogi. That isn't and never will be me.

In trying to achieve that I was trying to become someone I am not. Trying to match other people's expectations of what I should look like when practising my yoga.

Then it clicked. No one is looking at me. I have imaginary people judging me. Well I told them to f*ck off. My yoga time is just me on my mat doing the best I can.
