I've been talking about how easy it is to go to yoga - have a body - go to yoga.
Also mentioned you don't have to be perfect - downdog went left and got stuck.
This week - it is the determination that i can do it. TO my own ability. I may not be an Instagram yogi but I am still a yogi.
